Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer and Sterilizer Review: Your New Best Friend

You want to know one of the most annoying things I had to do as a first time mama? Wash baby bottles… all day long! Ughhhh! With all of the different parts, all of the small crevices, and the constant washing and drying, it was one of the tasks I most dreaded doing every day. It got so bad that my hands started to dry up and crack and my back was so tight from standing at the sink all day. But then I came across the Momcozy Bottle Washer and let me tell you, this thing is a game changer!

What Is It?

Let me introduce you to the Momcozy KleanPal Pro Baby Bottle Washer and Sterilizer! This nifty bottle washer will be your best friend throughout your motherhood journey. It’s basically a mini dishwasher for your baby bottles, pump parts, and other miscellaneous baby items that need to be cleaned. It’s small in size and can fit right on your countertop. It fits up to four baby bottles or two breast pumps and has a top part that can hold the smaller bottle pieces, pump pieces, or baby items (pacifiers, teethers, washable toys). It is equipped with 26 spray jets, ensuring that all parts of your bottles or pumps are thoroughly washed.

Steps for Using the Bottle Washer:

1- Set up the bottle washer by placing it on a flat surface, connecting the tubing to the washer and suctioning it to the kitchen sink to drain. Plug into an outlet.

2- Fill the water compartment with water to the fill line. You can use regular tap water, but it is recommended that distilled water is used. I personally use our reverse osmosis water to wash our baby bottles.

3- Add your bottles, pumps, and/or other miscellaneous washable baby items to the washer.

4- Add the Momcozy Bottle Washer Detergent Tab into the little compartment in the center.

5- Place the cover on top of the washer correctly and turn the bottle washer on. Choose from the settings that you would like to use and press the start button.

6- Be mesmerized by the washing capabilities of this bottle washer for a moment and then use the rest of your time doing something that is more fun than washing bottles (like catching up on your favorite tv show or finally getting to hop in the shower.)

Takeaway

One of the downsides to this washer is that it is made of plastic, which I try to stay away from as much as I can. However, I do accept that I can’t completely remove plastic from my lifestyle and I appreciate that this bottle washer is made of a food-grade and BPA-free plastic. If there was an option for a stainless steel/glass bottle washer, I would not hesitate to purchase it. But, this it what was readily available to meet my needs and I’m not mad about it.

In addition, you may notice that the price for this product is not on the cheaper side. I won’t lie, I had to really persuade myself to buy this because money wasn’t growing on trees when my husband and I brought our little one home. But considering the countless hours we wasted standing in front of the sink cleaning bottles and the aches and pains that came with it, we decided that it was well worth spending the money.

And as you can see from the pros and cons list above, the pros far outweigh the cons. I have been using this bottle washer since my little one was a newborn and I haven’t stopped. I love that this bottle washer grows with my little ones needs, meaning that it was able to wash the Dr. Brown 5oz glass bottles and Dr. Brown 9oz glass bottles as she grew up. This bottle washer does most of the heavy work and allows me to spend my time doing other things, including spending more time with my daughter. I definitely do not regret this purchase and I doubt you will either.
